Welcome back to All About The Armstrongs! Just yesterday, the family lost Josette and her husband, Stefan. Their kids, Josette's son Noah and daughter Penelope, and Stefan's daughter Alina are home alongside Josette's sister-in-law Hope.
Hope is making breakfast for the family: it's been a hard few days, but they still have to eat!
The four of them sit down together to eat and discuss the day ahead. Today is memorial day, and they are going to head to a local park with the rest of the Armstrong family to pay tribute to those they have lost and enjoy family time
Noah checks in on Penelope and makes sure that she's doing okay
Before heading off to meet the family at the park. Alina and Noah chat to Libby, who just had a baby
While Penelope spends some time with her cousin (Libby and Armstrong's son, Freddie)
Soleil, Armstrong's sister, grills up some fruit as a snack
While Noah gets to grilling some burgers
Katherine spends some time with her Mother. Hope has been spending a lot of time looking after her family, as the only remaining member of the second Armstrong generation, and Katherine wants to make sure she's looking after herself
The mother and daughter catch up, with Katherine updating her Mother on all the work she's been doing in the hopes of becoming a world-renowned chef
Meanwhile, Alina has been checking out the bonsai tree, shaping it

Alina and Penelope improve their friendship with some cloudgazing
While Hope takes some time alone to think and appreciate the wonderful family she has
Off in the back of the park, Katherine has found a stray cat called Cupcake
She thinks Cupcake is so cute that she brings her over to meet Soleil, who also falls in love with the cute cat. They decide to bring him home and adopt him!
The families say their goodbyes
Having spent a lovely day together, solidifying the bonds of family
And then it's time to head home to Del Sol Valley where Katherine and Soleil share a home. They return with their new pet, excited to get him settled
Soleil watches TV with Cupcake on her lap
Before heading to bed, ready for a day of audition hunting tomorrow
While Katherine decides to cook something new for dinner, wanting to work on her best recipes in the hopes of a new promotion at work
She sits down to eat, sharing a little with her new cat
Before she and Cupcake head to bed
