But for now we must return to our current timeline and day 95 in the life of the Armstrong family!
Leia starts the day by making pancakes – the most important meal ever eaten in an Armstrong household!
And of course, it IS an important day today, as it’s Armstrong’s first day of school! Generation 3 is officially in education!
Armstrong hops in the bath after enjoying his pancakes, getting ready for the day ahead
And after a sweet kiss from his Mum and a “you’ll be fine” pep talk from Dad…
It’s time for Armstrong to head off to his first day of grade school!
With her son off to school for the day, Leia gets ready for her doctors appointment – she and Harry will get their scan today, and find out the sex of their baby!
With no time to lose it’s off to the doctors for this happy couple!
A couple of hours later they return home with a sealed envelope containing the scan and the gender. They decide to wait for Armstrong to get home before the big reveal!
They discuss a plan for how they’ll do the reveal over a lunch of bagels and once they’ve decided, they get the plan in motion
While Leia heads into her room for a nap – it’s tiring work, being pregnant!
Harry gets some chores done while his fiancé rests
And then decides to head into the square, where he comes across a table selling crystals – notably, a very pretty and rare orange crystal called Jonquilyst
He decides his bride-to-be would love the ‘drop of sunshine’ crystal and so decides to buy it for her
Back at home he finds her well rested from her nap and presents her with his finding
She loves it! She puts it pride of place on the dresser and thanks her fiancé for the thoughtful gift
Armstrong returns home from school at 3pm and seems content with how his first day went
His mother breaks out the apple pie
And sets it down in front of him, telling him to take a big slice and tell her all about his day
The family sit down together and enjoy the pie, as Armstrong tells them about his day
He made some friends and is enjoying his classes
Hooray!
After pie, Leia and Harry bring their son into the empty soon-to-be nursery and present him with a big box
Inside there’s a teddy bear, either pink or blue, that will reveal the sex of the baby
Excited to find out if he’s getting a brother or a sister, Armstrong pulls open the box to reveal…
A PINK TEDDY BEAR!
That’s right! Leia is having a girl! And Armstrong seems thrilled!
Harry asks him how he feels, because he originally said he wanted a little brother
But Armstrong is beyond thrilled and can’t wait to meet his baby sister!
He even shares a sweet moment with his mother feeling his little sister kick
The excitement of the reveal as well as his first day of school has exhausted little Armstrong, though, and he’s shortly after tucked in to bed, heart weightless with excitement!
In the living room Leia and Harry are sat talking about their baby girl when Leia gets a phone call
Hope has had her daughter!
She heads quickly over to the Armstrong family home to meet her niece
And also reveals the news that she, too, is expecting a baby girl to the couple, who are thrilled that their daughter will have a built in best friend in her little cousin
(does this remind anyone else of when Liberty and Kate were pregnant together?! Memories!
Leia is taken into the nursery and introduced to her niece

Named after her grandmother, Kate
While Leia spends some time with her niece, Mateo and Hope are outside chatting happily about their future niece
But the night is rolling in and Leia must head home, so she bids goodbye to the little family and braves the rain as she heads back to San Myshuno
Where she climbs into the warmth of her bed and falls sound asleep, excited as her due date rolls closer
And that’s all for this episode! What will happen next? What will Leia and Harry decide to name their daughter? And will she one day become best friends with Katherine? What’s going on with Josette, we haven’t seen her in a while?
