All About The Armstrongs: New Shiny Things (Day 81)

Josette wakes up early, before sunrise, to get started on another painting – she wants to make her money from selling these instead of getting a full-time job, so she needs to be committed!

A little while later, Leia is up too, enjoying some food in the office alongside Tiddles, who’s sleeping soundly on the couch

Harry has work today, so he gets started on some reports before he heads off

After he finishes his work, he is bid goodbye sweetly by Leia as she heads off into the town square

To head off on a jog – man, it’s a productive morning for the Armstrong’s today!

In the living room, Josette is still working on her painting

As Harry heads off to work for the day

Leia is back from her jog and spending some cute time with Tiddles

Before calling into the vet clinic and checking in on things – it’s Chantel’s first day running the place alone, so Leia wanted to check in

After hearing everything is fine, she decides to go clean up in the bath

While Josette has started working on a Valentine’s gift for Moses

Leia decides to quickly get some laundry done

Before being rudely interrupted by the neighbours, who seem to have forgotten that Love Day is TOMORROW

Deciding to get out of the house for a bit, Leia gets ready, but is interrupted by a text from Mateo

She heads in to show Josette the text – it’s a selfie of the young couple outside their new home! Aw!

After talking excitedly about their brother’s new home and planning to go over to visit soon, the sisters head over to the mall to buy date outfits for tomorrow!

Inside, the sisters find a few different outfits that match their individual styles – they also match each other, which is adorable!

Leia tries on some mature and pretty dresses that show off her style

While Josette is drawn to the younger, hipper outfits

It’s love day tomorrow after all, so they decide to try on some pink outfits, but aren’t really sure about them…

Finally, after both trying on a gorgeous dress they actually both loved, the girls purchase their chosen date outfits and head down to the café for a well-deserved snack
Josette purchases some berry macaroons for them to enjoy

And the sisters sit at a little table, looking out over the town and talking excitedly about tomorrow – they are going on a double date with Harry and Moses, and they’re very excited about it!

With bellies full of sweet treats and shopping bags full in preparation for tomorrow, the Armstrong sisters head home
